That realization is what led me to coaching.
Today, as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and CCE Board Certified Coach (BCC), I work with leaders and teams navigating the messy, high-stakes reality of building something great together. My coaching is grounded in real experience — not theory. I’ve sat with struggling teams and helped them find their rhythm. I’ve coached leaders through moments of doubt and watched them grow into the leader their team needed. I’ve guided organizations through change and helped them come out stronger on the other side.
